About Paula:
My name is Paula Lange, and I am the Front Desk Coordinator. I am a military brat, Hampton University graduate, Army Veteran, and former Social Worker (Adult Protective Services/Adult Services.
My daughter gave me a book that introduced me to OAR of Richmond. I have always been impressed by the resilience of those who were actively involved or had been involved in the criminal legal system. I also came here thinking that I was well-versed in most things social work, but working here has taught me more about a plethora of subject matters than any university course(s) I could have ever taken!
Fun fact: I became an official country girl in 2017, and I love watching the seasons change as well as the wildlife that call my family’s land home.
