About Hilary:
My name is Hilary Page-Rumsey and I am the assistant director here at OAR. I have a BA from James Madison University and a Master’s of Social Work from VCU. I joined the OAR team as an intern in 2015, was hired in 2016, and have been working here for the past 10 years! It’s very clear that our criminal legal system is broken, and though we can’t do it all, working for a place that can support and advocate for folks who are reentering the community just feels right.
When I’m not working, I love spending time with my family, getting outside, and putting puzzles together.
